Full Time Salary: $65,000 to $82,865 per year
Part Time Hourly: $31.25 to $39.84 per hour

Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Provider will provide behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, on-going therapy, and provide same day and crisis interventions to patients of High Plains Community Health Center (HPCHC). We practice an integrated, patient centered care model.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology is required.
- State of Colorado Behavioral Health Provider License is required (LPC, LAC, and or Candidate).
- Eligibility to bill Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
- Basic understanding of psychotropic medication uses and side effects in treatment of patients is required.
- Experience with using DMS-5 diagnostic criteria and methodology is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with all ages, diverse and/or underserved populations, working with individuals, groups, family, and conjoint treatment, experience with brief and/or solution focused therapy as well as basic therapy techniques such as: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or psychodynamic therapy is preferred.
