Located at 302 Main Street in Wiley, the clinic recently underwent significant improvements designed to enhance the patient experience. Renovations included fresh interior and exterior paint, new flooring throughout the facility, updated countertops, an expanded Patient Engagement Specialist reception window, and the conversion of one exam room to provide dental hygiene services.
HPCHC extends its sincere appreciation to Jake Specht and Bison Enterprises, LLC for their work and partnership in completing the renovation project. Their craftsmanship and commitment helped transform the facility into a welcoming space that will serve Wiley-area residents for years to come.
The Wiley Clinic is staffed by Rachel Bletzacker, FNP-C, and Shelby Casper, FNP-C, and now offers Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Dental Hygiene services, bringing additional healthcare resources closer to home for area residents.
“We are excited to re-open our Wiley Clinic to ensure our rural communities have access to quality care right here in Wiley,” said Jeremy Carroll, Chief Executive Officer of High Plains Community Health Center. “We are especially excited to offer dental hygiene and behavioral health services, which have never been available at this location before.
